I've only had great experiences here! Clear and timely communication. They cleaned the inside of my car after fixing the outside damages, which I was not expecting but very much appreciated!
Customer service Shelby Faremouth was excellent communicating step by step process or any parts delay. Her manager Kim was also involved through the repair process. They would give me the adequate time to answer any questions I had while at the repair shop. Very punctual on email responses. As far as workmanship. The color of my vehicle is not easy to match. Staid on top of things and got my truck back to me as soon as they could.
The service was absolutely wonderful! Mrs. Kim and Mrs. Shelby were amazing! They both went above and beyond with helping me and my situation. I am so appreciative and grateful for the time & patience they gave me. I have nothing but great things to say about the customer service & woke from everyone in the collision center & the body shop!
Run, run, run, away from this place. Don't make the same mistake I did . I'm on posting this because I don't want someone else to have the same experience I did. Horrible, and I mean horrible place to take your car.
