Charlie is very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
Customer Oriented and knowledgeable. Thought I needed a new blower motor for my dryer. Friendly and courteous technician spoke with me and offered a few tips to try to get my dryer working before moving forward with formal repair. Got my dryer working again.. Highley recommend!
Charlie was a few minutes early for the appointment, which was nice. He quickly figured out why the washer wasn't draining and fixed that. Then he pointed out that the agitator wasn't fully twisting and turning like it's supposed to, and fixed that too. Now a 25 year-old Kenmore washer is working as good as new! Charlie is very personable and professional, and he charged a really reasonable price! Very pleased! Highly recommend!
