Charged me $20 more than two other customers that I know and called asking if I had a felony which is odd considering that I have been a customer for years and do not have a criminal background. I asked if I owed and they lied and said not much but it was half of the refund. Won’t be using them in future as the terrible service doesn’t reflect the constant price hikes.
