I recently tried the chicken & waffles at Monty’s Norwalk, and I really enjoyed it! The chicken is perfectly seasoned from the brine—you can tell they put some thought into the flavor, and the seasoning was on point. The waffles were also delicious and made for a great combination with the chicken. My only suggestions would be to give the fried chicken a little more batter/coating.
