Monty S.'s crew called in advance of their arrival as agreed and were professional, diligent and friendly in completing their tasks. The crew was aware of a minor hydraulic leak in the pump on their truck and were considerate and proactive to place a cardboard box under the pump unit to catch any small amount before getting on the driveway.
