Very short on the phone and hung up on me in the middle of me going outside to look at the mower. Lost my business.
Monty offers superb customer service. He is devoted to understanding what his customers want and he offers very reasonable prices for the repairs. Before agreeing to take a repair on, he is meticulous in asking when the mower was purchased and the specific problems encountered when using the mower. In addition he has a great sense of humor.
