Just wanted to give a massive thanks to the staff here including Dr Simon. My parents brought their greyhound Rosie in one afternoon when she was quite unwell. They went above and beyond to get her better and keep her comfortable. Dr Simon was very kind, caring and clear with the plan, and checked in with us the next morning to see how she was going. Really happy with the care she's received here. Big thanks!
Always great care for my precious pet at MustCare. They understand my rescue girl has some issues with anxiety and really look after her, as well as always being thorough with her health issues. Great team! I highly recommend them.
All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Top notch service from vets Simon and Cordelia on 2 separate occasions who were patient dealing with our dogs and thorough with explaining the plan / recommendations. They were transparent on price and gave tips on saving on pet care items at home as well. Front counter admin were efficient in sorting out insurance and appointments.

They maimed my dog!!! Update: It has been almost 6 months since they cut off Coco's toe and neither the surgery or the vet has accepted responsibility or made any effort to make things right. I took my dog in for a toe amputation surgery a couple of weeks ago. When I went to pick her up after the surgery they brought her out with the entirely wrong foot bandaged and the toe that needed amputating still in place.
