I've visited Monty Clinic, and Eltham Clinic, a few times over recent months and I want to express how impressed and delighted I was with the attention my elderly father-in-law received from Dr Emma, and Dr Alice in other appointments. I felt that Dr Emma really considered the whole of the situation and developed a treatment strategy accordingly. If I lived in the area I would want her for my personal GP.
I had struggled to find a doctor that actually cared and that I felt comfortable with until I made the switch to Monty clinic. Best team of doctor’s this side of town! Cheers

Awful customer service, receptionist are rude and will leave you on hold for 35 minutes no explanation!! Ended up hanging up and calling back only for the lady to say “ok” when I told her I was on hold for 35 minutes. Need receptionists that actually want to do their job.
