Unfortunately, in 2012,we contracted with Monty Anderson to build our home in Ponce Inlet. Now it is 2016 and we are still trying to obtain a $300K judgement awarded to us for MA's fraudulent, blatant deception, thievery and very poor workmanship. The judge was so outraged by this "builder's" lack of integrity, he also awarded us punitive damages. BTW, he sued us and walked off the job because we asked for accountability of our money and wanted to see paid receipts. He could not do this as he was not paying his subcontractor... read more
