I called someone from this company to come as my furnace was not working. The technician came early without a notice even though my appointment was for the next day. The technician (Costa) was unfriendly and had a bad attitude. He said the dirty air filter caused the limit switch to break even though the error code on my furnace (which I told him) was for an open fuse. Worst Customer service ever. Sitting in cold for 5 days because of the thanksgiving weekend and my furnace went out of order (God knows why). There is no emergency line in place. The temperature dropped to 1C and we had to sit through that. Today is the second working day after they received a work order from my builder to fix the issue, they called to confirm that they cant make it because of a flat tire and when I gave them an earful for their terrible service, the manager GRANT had the nerves to hang up on me.
