Spouse had procedure done 9/2009 and she gave MONTVILLE ORAL SURGERY the insurance cards available for submissions at that time, but the insurance claim was not put in accordingly. Now we are being sued by Montville Oral surgery because they refused to return the monies to insurance company and resubmit insurance claims accordingly and the right insurance carriers. Service just fine, Facility very clean, quality of care very good BUT Insurance claims need to be submitted accordingly, client/patients payment exceed insurance fee scale. Had procedure done 2009 in office and then informed recently that it was not dental procedure. I don't understand the referring doctor said it had to be done by the dentist since it was part of the mouth. The dental visit was supposed to be submitted to the DENTAL insurance and the other procedure to secondary insurance and they did not. Our insurance has... read more
