I overdid it at the gym had no range of motion in my hip and my neck was extremely sore. It was my first time here and won't be the last, I left with full range of motion. Ali is the man.
Ali from Montville Massage is amazing! He was recommended a few years ago when I was suffering with some depression. I didn’t want to go on meds so I tried Ali. Ali has the MAGIC touch! Going to see Ali has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in a long time. I suffer from horrendous migraines and herniated discs in both my neck and my back. After years of suffering and having medication after medication thrown at me by doctors (with no real solutions or caring about my pain), I decided to try massage therapy. Ali at Montville Massage is great! He’s the best massage therapist I’ve seen in years and has helped alleviate my pain. Extremely professional and skilled at what he does. I love how he uses various techniques and modalities. Each massage is customized and he really listens to what you need.
I went to see Ali when my lower back and neck pain would not go away. The massage made me feel much better but the pain was not totally gone. After the second massage and PMFT treatment I am pain free! Ali knew the kind of massage treatment was needed. I highly recommend him at Montville Massage Therapy!
