My friend recently attended an appointment with Dr Peter Herbert and the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. To begin positively, the reception staff and nurse were both genuinely wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, patient, and made my friend feel safe and welcomed from the moment they arrived. Peter is always ready to listen and offer suggestions that align with the needs and and wants of his patients. The younger ones also found him personable and relatable. So glad to have a doctor who takes the time to listen and explain things.
