My friend recently attended an appointment with Dr Peter Herbert and the experience was extremely disappointing and upsetting. To begin positively, the reception staff and nurse were both genuinely wonderful. They were kind, compassionate, patient, and made my friend feel safe and welcomed from the moment they arrived.
