Kacey was absolutely lovely and really helpful. She helped me transition from MyAccess over to Montu and explained the whole process much easier than I expected. Constantly saying products ares going to be in stock when they are not, only to then try and force you to buy products from companies they are affiliated with. Stock levels are horrendous. 95% of their flower is irradiated (no terpenes, hardly any taste or smell). They also refuse to stock certain extracts in which 5 people from their team said they were about to stock within the week. It’s money over getting the best product and care for the patient.
The website says you can order, lets you order and then these jerks send you sloppy emails about your medication being within interval periods, go elsewhere
0/10 wouldn’t recommend, was trying to place an order over the phone but his wifi kept cutting out so was unable to get my order. really sad now
Purchased a medical device (Mighty Medic Plus) from Montu in May 2023. The device has now completely failed (no power, no charging) within the warranty period. Montu has refused to process the warranty claim and instead directed me back to the manufacturer/supplier, who is currently uncontactable (disconnected phone and inaccessible online claims process).
