Great experience, but quite expensive and medication takes too long to be delivered, if same day delivery can be considered, it will be good as it is affecting my schedule and I miss out on my medication often cos when they finally deliver it, I won't be home and by the time I get back, the post office is closed. That's not fair
Data box for emergency contact phone number was missing on desktop website but was there on mobile, otherwise it was easy
montu/alternaleaf are great, doctors are easy to talk to and work with you, pricing is great, medication range is huge, release times are quick. only negative is the aupost/startrack not updating or delivering without phone correspondence and blaming the chemists even when the items in auspost/startrack transit
STAY AWAY. I am disabled old man with Mobility Issues & can't get to a PO if not home to sign for delivery. Currently taking them to Court to get NO Signature Required as Aus Post has already agreed to. But because of Court they got angry & they now Stopped my Critical Medication . So now taking them also to Human Rights. No Heart in this Company. Unscrupulous & no Care for Clients.
