Went to the Prep nurse appointment and it was like a robot was talking to me, not addressing or easing off concerns. That was enough of a bad experience for me. Cancelled the following Colonoscopy.
WARNING. Have been going here for 15 years, always felt like I was just a product in a factory, no personal connection or sense of caring from any doctor, but it ticked along, nurses were OK and you get the procedure. This year to book in for my medical has been a debacle from the beginning, constant calls, emails, attachments that all had the same contents, nurses calling me 1 day prior to arrangement appointment, rescheduled my procedure a few days out, no confirmation ever sent and then when I requested it they sent wrong... read more
