Everything the Doctors and the nurses and the staff treated my with first class .
I also had trouble with the receptionist. She was stupid, rude, and ineffective. She couldn't communicate the ABC's even if she was paid to. She made me wait an hour without any information. When I asked her questions, her responses were vague and not helpful. Don't go there until they change their crappy receptionists.
What do you think happens to Medical Receptionists to turn them into SNOTS? Literally world wide they are SNOTS. Is it the worst job ever, what is it? I haven't used this facility, as m experience with their snotty receptionist was enough. Note it is acceptable to ask questions. My time is as important as yours.
I want to thank Dr. Millward for her awesome care and professionalism with regard to my daughter. She was wonderful!
Drove 70 miles for my scheduled appointment just to be told I couldn't be seen and needed to reschedule next month. second time this has happened.
