Passing through Montrose on a Colorado adventure, hiking, camping, etc. The best customer service by a young gentleman working the Thursday afternoon shift on August 7, 2025. Very clean locker room and shower stall on the men's side. Traveling partner said the exact same for the women's lockers and showers. Worth $10 for a non-resident and we could have used all the facilities, indoor elevated walking track, basketball courts (8 hoops in all), friendly staff, plenty of parking, local kids having fun inside. Management gave me crap about my dog inside interacting with other patrons and accused me of potential biting situation when they observed my dog the whole time being friendly to everyone and all I was there to do was purchase a day pass and the front desk attendant never said anything to me about dogs not being allowed in the building I mean grow up what has this world and country come to.
