They have great customer service. Their salesman that work at this particular location are very good and very nice. They are not pushy sales people and they actually get customers approved and driving in vehicles when others could not. They have a wide selection of used cars, Trucks, SUVs, vans, work trucks, etc. Their prices are very aggressive and some of the better prices in the used car market.
I was looking at a vehicle online from about two hours away. We were discussing shipping options. Jon one of the sales men made me 10 videos of the vehicle, never showing the radio working. But hey if he’s willing to ship, the vehicle must be ready to be picked up. So I drove 2 1/2 hours the very next day. Bought a truck found an issue and they took care of it and was very fast about getting it fixed and back to me
Sales staff was excellent and gave good offer on two trade inns. The car had not been detailed and had huge scratches on hood and passenger side. I may have not looked at pictures being accurate in my original post. Present ones show what could be damage to car.
They were very helpful and Jin was gave as much details of the transaction as possible with both texting and phone. I purchased a Toyota while in Nebraska and he made the best deal he could for me.
