My wife waited 4 weeks to get an MRI at Montrose hospital and asked the hospital twice to send a copy to her doctor in Scottsdale . They never sent a copy. The doctor in Scottsdale was concerned with the quality of the one page diagnosis my wife provided. They also made us pay upfront for the service. We then had to submit to our insurance. If they submitted it to the insurance we were going to have to pay 30% more . Poor experience all the way around. Someone needs to look at the quality of care by the MRI team.
