I was in a car accident and saw many doctors, but I never felt comfortable with them until I met Dr. Patrick Chan. He is the best doctor I have ever seen. He helps patients, gives them advice, examines them, and diagnoses their illness. I highly recommend him. He is a friendly person with high morals.
I came in with a work related injury. The doctor had no interest in listening to me or acknowledging that my injury is work related so I could get the benefits that I have been paying into for the last decade. The injuries are so bad that I couldn't spray a can of spraypaint with one hand (either hand) or kneel down. I have had a appointment at 4:15 pm told at 5pm they forget and doctor went home for day, another time they called my name and took a different lady to the back ,realized 45 minutes later they took wrong lady back.i took my son in and waited over 2 hours to be told they forgot and put me down instead of him. Really unprofessional scam clinic. If you want something as simple as a doctors note be prepared to bring exact amounts of cash so they can charge you under the table despite you paying thousands in taxes each year, and at that not being able to provide a reason they are charging you.
I had an appointment scheduled at your clinic and had repeatedly requested, and received confirmation, that I would be sent a reminder message beforehand. Despite the assurances, I was surprised to receive a call informing me that my appointment was right then. I explained that I had not received any reminder message and that I was very far away at the time.
