Did a sleep test as prescribed by Dr. Howe, was not pleased with the process was not explained to me what is involved. I don't know if the technician that did the actual sleep eval is associated with this office or the hospital but some extensive time needs to be spent with her on customer service, by the way a patient is a customer.
All four providers are incredibly smart, knowledgeable, helpful, kind, caring, great bedside manners and actually listen. I have the honor of seeing Dr. Howe and she has been a godsend. She is one of the best physicians that has ever taken care of me.
Dr. Salem is exceptional. Due to frequent moves we’ve met six sleep doctors in as many states and he was by far the best. He explained the sleep study results in detail, discussed new variables at elevation and other factors, and determined a way forward. Thoughtful and caring manner. The office staff were very friendly, helpful, and efficient. A wonderful team!
It wasn’t for me but for my husband, but thank you all for being so gracious and kind to two people who weren’t sure what they needed or how to get it done. Because of you all he is better as promised. Thank you!
