Purchased my wife’s brand new 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid from here. With approximately 4500 miles on the vehicle it intermittently but repeatedly errored “Check Hybrid System. Stop Safely” and would go into “limp mode” without the ability to accelerate, coasting at 30mph. After two separate visits to MONTROSE Kia for service we were told they could not find the source of the error nor “duplicate” it so there was no service provided.
