Great customer service
My experience with Irma, has been the best experience I've had going to the service department at Ram. She's great, she's communicative, and goes above and beyond, again compared to previous experiences.
Omar assisted me with getting my car serviced, and I had a good experience. He was professional, helpful, and made the process smooth.
Great team support and follo through
