Worst service center in the world as well as the mechanics. They could hardly figure out what was wrong with my vehicle when America’s auto care down the road had no issues observing the problems with my vehicle. And if your consultant/receptionist goes on vacation good luck on getting any info on your vehicle until they come back. Absolute nightmare trying to call and find out what’s going on. Be careful and make sure you get a second opinion if they say you need something replaced or repaired. Always keep your service records as proof as well. They said we needed something done and we were kind of skeptical so we took it to a local garage and wouldn't ya know it. BINGO!!!!!! It's our only car and we are on a fixed income so glad we had it looked at to make sure.
My truck broke down outside of Gunnison and Montrose Ford fixed an issue from a previous repair with full transparency. They were great on communication and would definitely recommend.
