While my partner said the staff were polite, the valentines day arrangement he purchased for me was very poor unfortunately. He asked for light pink and white flowers and said I don't like roses and was given an arrangement with 5 hot pink roses and so much filler greenery. The roses were visibly old and wilting the morning they arrived and the order was not ready when he got there to pick it up. Hopefully this is a once off due to being busy for valentines day, but we won't be going back here for flowers.

I was really amazed by the lady who helped me that day. Even though it was a walk-in without any prior appointment, she took the time to understand my needs without any hesitation. She was extremely helpful, and the flowers turned out absolutely beautiful. Thank you very much❤️🌼

Very pleased with Montrose Flowers. We contacted them as we needed flowers for a funeral. I such a sad time for our family, Suzie was amazing. She helped us with everything we needed, was kind, empathetic and made the process easier for us. Thank you x
