They did excellent work on my car. It looks brand new again. I like how Thyessa called every week to give me an update on the progress of my car. She was nice and pleasant to work with made the process easy and painless. The people responsible for doing the work on my car did a great job my car looks brand new again, they also got it done ahead of schedule. Montrose made my claim process quick easy and smooth, keeping me updated through the entire process. The body work completed ahead of schedule and they have done a very good job.
Unfortunately our insurance company decided to total my car so I can't speak to the quality of work, but everyone was pleasant and helpful when we went to get our personal belongings out of the car.
I chose this body shop through my insurance company. I was taking a shot in the dark, as I have never dealt with an Auto Body Shop before in the past. I was very pleased with their demeanors and professionalism. I was kept up to date with what was going on as promised. I was most impressed with Thyessa still allowing me pick up my vehicle two minutes before they were closing. I would recommend this place of business to anyone. I will be returning here in the future.
My insurance sent me to them they did a really good job and they were finish ahead of date of completion. Will go to them again
