I live out of town and called to request my windows be cleaned for my mother who lives in Montrose. I spoke to the receptionist and set the day and time for service to be provided. I was told I would receive an email with information to fill out and send back in. I called daily prior to the day of service and left multiple messages with no reply. I am 85 years old and have lived in Montrose for the last 23 years. I have had 2 different people clean my house in last 10 years since I am handicapped. One left for personal reasons and both left under amiable circumstances. The girl that cleaned my home from this service did not do a complete job. I saw a plastic glass I dropped on floor before she arrived. You can’t swifter and mop a floor around a large plastic glass.
