Just had a wonderful stay at Chez Patrac in Montreal. Was a trip for Christmas and although my older son and his family could not join us as planned I was very comfortable there on my own. It is super close to the Metro so could reach my other children easily and there were many stores, restaurants, and other activities close to hand. Look forward to returning when the weather is better and can access more of Montreal but return to this great apartment at night to recuperate and sit on the wonderful balcony. Chouette logement, bien situé près du métro baubien. Fonctionnel et confortable. La terrasse est un plus par beau temps. Accueil et communication très sympathique de nos hôtes.

Premier appartement lors de notre installation à Montréal ! Parfaitement situé métro/commerces le quartier est agréable et pratique. En tant que nouvel arrivant on a été très bien accueilli, merci Alain pour ta disponibilité et ton aide :)

Le logement est très agréable et idéalement situé. La terrasse est un plaisir et le proprietaire est très sympatique.

Superbe et confortable appartement idéalement situé à Montréal. Proche de tout: supermarché, clinique, pharmacie, marché, métro... Tout à disposition : laveuse sécheuse, baignoire, chaise haute et lit bébé (attention cependant il n'y a pas de matelas dedans, et c'est vraiment l'unique bémol), TV, magnifique terrasse... Un bonheur pour nous d'y avoir séjourné et j'y retournerai avec plaisir, ce fut un vrai cocon pour ma famille et moi!
