I had an experience with this hospital a couple of months ago, which was not bad. However, I just saw a photo of MY dog in a review written by somebody else!! I looked at some other reviews as well, all uploaded during the past few days, all 5-stars, appreciating Dr. Manesh. My pet's doctor when I came was not Dr. Manesh and I even heard he was not practicing as much anymore. I had a good experience back when I came. Very positive experience overall. The appointment was on time, and the staff handled my dog gently. I appreciate their professionalism and kindness.
On Easter Day, I had a pet mouse suddenly required emergency euthanasia ASAP (not getting into details, but time was of the essence to prevent additional suffering) I had to call 4 different emergency vet clinics before I could find one that had an exotic vet available to perform the euthanasia procedure without delay Within 30 minutes of calling I was arriving at the clinic and signing papers to get this sweet little mouse the compassionate end-of-life care she needed. I took my senior dog here after being referred by Max’s Drywall Inc. The vet was very gentle and patient, which meant a lot to me. You don’t always find that level of care.
Edit!!! After several visits for my 15 week old puppy in one month they have not been helpful! They tell me to bring her in and check her out just to charge me more and more each time. My dog has had anal gland issues 2x in 10 days and had to have them expressed by the vet. They are rough with the pet when administering shots to the point my dog had 2 fairly large sized lumps on her back legs where the shots were administered.
