We had been dealing with a clogged drain in Montreal for weeks, and after two other plumbers couldn't figure it out, we called Richard. He brought a camera to inspect the line, found the blockage much deeper than anyone had checked before, and cleared it out. It was such a relief to finally have the problem solved.

Our bathroom drain was completely clogged, and nothing I tried with store-bought drain cleaners worked. Terry came out with a proper snake, cleared the blockage, and pulled out stuff I don't even want to describe. The drain is working perfectly now, and the problem is completely gone.

We needed to replace our toilet after the old one cracked at the base, so we gave them a call. Terry removed the damaged toilet, installed the new one we had already bought, and made sure everything was sealed properly before finishing the job. We've had no issues since. It was the best plumber Montreal experience we've had, with everything done professionally and without any hassle.

Terry repaired our shower valve in Le Plateau-Mont-Royal when the hot and cold handles stopped working properly. Diagnosed it as a worn cartridge, had the replacement part, swapped it out. Shower works like normal again. These guys are the best plumber Montreal has for just getting things fixed without a bunch of runaround.

They did a hot water tank install in Montreal for our Griffintown rental unit. Tenants had been complaining about inconsistent hot water. Richard assessed the old tank, confirmed it was dying, and had a new one running by end of day. Tenants stopped calling me about it, so that's a win.
