Dr Fatovati est excellent, très doux et empathique lorsqu'il est venu à la maison pour notre Golden retriever. Il a pris le temps de bien nous expliquer la procédure avant, lors de la prise du rendez-vous et aussi sur place. Tout c'est passé dans le calme et la sérénité. Malgré la peine, on n'aurait pu imaginer un meilleur départ pour notre chère Clémentine. La personne qui s'est occupée du corps était également très gentil et compréhensif. Nous sommes heureux de notre expérience avec Dr Fatovati et nous le recommandons.
Dr Fotovati est venu à la maison pour euthanasier ma petite chienne. Très empathique, il m'a expliqué la procédure et a pris tout son temps pour l'appliquer. Tout s'est passé en douceur et dans le respect, pendant que je tenais ma petite Perle sur mes genoux. Il m'avait été référé par Nos Copains, un excellent service de crémation pour animaux de compagnie offert avec dignité et avec tous les égards dus à nos compagnons de vie ... et aussi à nous. I'm writing this review with a heavy heart, as I recently had to say goodbye to my dear cat. Dr Fotovati was truly exceptional. Despite the short notice and the emotional weight of the situation, he showed up on Christmas Day with kindness, compassion, and professionalism. From the moment he arrived, I felt at ease. I wanted to thank Dr.Fotovati for his true compassion and understanding on such a difficult day we had yesterday of having to put down our fur baby Vader of 12.5 years. He is a 5/5 in my books and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a mobile vet.
Dr. Fotovati was absolutely amazing with my cat. He paid so much attention to him and made sure to make him feel comfortable and calm before assessing him. I appreciated how much care he put into explaining everything to me as well as providing me with as many suggestions as possible to help prevent for his issue to persist as well as making sure to follow up afterwards on how he is doing. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a house call vet, truly an amazing experience.
