MBS Inc. filled in my old unused fireplace, removed all the brickwork, stone hearth, used a novel jigsaw approach to blend in new hardwood floor with the existing floors and then refinished the whole room. The end result was seamless & they were a pleasure to work with; from Liam's quote to all the different labourers who each did their respective parts.
I had a positive experience when Montréal Building Services replaced my 30 year-old deck with a new one. And renovated my basement after it had flooded when we lost electricity in the ice storm. The work was excellent and actually started on time (in fact a few days early). The crew was always courteous and if I had any questions I received answers promptly. I needed to replace my roof deck after the original one was demolished for reroofing last year. Andy did an amazing job of looking over the plans, coming up with a timetable, and discussing strategies for modifications. They also put up new siding and resolved some water infiltration problems I'd had on the vestibule that opens onto the roof. The result is beautiful and watertight.
