I stayed one night at this hotel before a flight the following afternoon, and I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a staff member. Since my flight wasn’t until later in the day, I had booked a pedicure at the spa attached to the hotel and decided to wait in the lobby while reading my book. Very expensive no thrills hotel located inside the Montreal city airport which is the only reason why you would want to spend double to be here. Nice rooms, comfortable bedding with view of the tarmac. OK service. This is the only Marriott hotel I have ever been to where they do not recognize your Marriott Elite status in any way. Not even with their special room key sleeve.
