I bought my mother a Highlander from this dealership with only 20k on it. It was a hybrid, so I asked them to spend time with her explaining the features. They did not, they spent zero time with her. Not only that, she brought the car back within a couple of weeks because there was a leak caused by a rubber seal missing from the door.
