Un peu trop long et la télé dans la salle d attente était figé tout le temps de mon attente alors que des employés passait par là et personne n a pris soin de corriger la situation.
Mon commentaire concerne les pièces, pas le concessionnaire. La clé de mon auto s'est brisée, j'ai donc dû en commander une neuve et la faire programmer. J'ai pris rendez-vous à 13 h 30 et on m'a dit que ça prendrait une heure. À 14 h 50, je texte au numéro fourni pour avoir des nouvelles et je n'ai pas de réponse. 5 stars for the excellent service for the delivery of my new SUV. Marie-Cou took her time to show us the features of the car. One star was deducted from the sales appointment back in Jan 26(this review should have been made in Jan). We made appointment to see the car but when we were there the car was in the warehouse and was blocked by another car, the salesperson had to move that car and to show us the one we want.
