Dennis was amazing to work with. He was extremely pleasant and kept me well informed about the status of my car. When they had to keep it overnight he immediately put me in a rental car so that I didn’t t have to leave and come back the next morning. I would highly recommend dealing with him and the service department as a whole.
I stayed and waited for my car it was very nice and comfortable. The service was quick, so I didn't have to wait very long.
Really good service department. Thank you for restoring my faith in VW service and my enjoyment of my 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. Great job! Thanks again! I will be back.
