Expect ZERO communication while your car sits there for hours. Abel Montoya gave us a 3-4pm ETA, dropped off around noon. After calling for an update and never receiving a call back we had to go look for the car at 5pm. He still had not even looked at it and his excuse was that he was “backed up”.
