Bruce does excellent carpet cleaning work. He is always professional, friendly, and on time, which makes the whole service even better. This was my second carpet cleaning appointment, and I came back because the first visit turned out so well. At our previous place, the carpet in the main entry had bicycle grease, tracked-in dirt, mud, and heavy traffic stains. Bruce, the owner/operator, is amazing. He has helped us out twice with carpet cleaning, and both times the results were excellent. The first time, our little granddaughter got sick and vomited on the front room carpet. I was able to clean up the mess, but I could not get rid of the odor. I called Bruce because he was local in Wilmer, and it turned out to be a great choice. He treated the carpet, removed the smell, and got everything fresh and clean again. Thank you Javier, Theodore, and Patrick. Outstanding service with great attention to detail and very careful work from start to finish. Our job included carpet cleaning for two rooms, upholstery cleaning for a sectional sofa and recliner, and about 600 square feet of tile that was deep cleaned, regrouted, and sealed.
