My furnace went out at 2am. I called at 8 an Mitch was at my door at 8:45. I needed a new furnace. The estimate was quick and fair and they were able to install the next day. Both techs, Daryl and I'm sorry I didn't catch the other's name, were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I will never go anywhere else. God bless you all including Debbie and Glenn in the office for treating me so kindly and helping me get heat back in my home quickly.
If we could give them more than a 5 star review, we totally would! Not only did they respond to our emergency middle of the night (2am) call on the weekend, but they were to our house in less than an hour of calling. Even though our furnace was not fixable, they provided us with space heaters and reassured us they would get us a new furnace as soon as they could. Very prompt excellent service
I had a furnace emergency in winter and they were able to come out the same day. The worker was very friendly and professional, and I felt the pricing was fair.
We’re very pleased that we chose Montour-Engel to replace our furnace and a/c units. Nice locally owned business. Prices were reasonable, and the technicians and office staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this company!
