I’m extremely disappointed with montorio homes. My home is still under warranty, yet they’ve been avoiding their responsibility to fix the issues I've reported. Despite multiple follow-ups, they’ve shown little to no interest in addressing the problems. This kind of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable—especially from a company that’s supposed to stand behind their work. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable builder
