My Fiancé and I had an amazing Experience with the Area Sale Manager "Kristy" She had helped us with the whole process of building our dream home, as it is our very first home designed by us, built by Montario, Kristy has made us feel very safe and secure with our purchase and she has gone above and beyond with communicating with the builders to fit things with in our budget and making all that which we want possible, we truly appreciate Kristy with all our heart, I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
From start to finish dealing with Montorio Homes has been fantastic. Buying a house in another province and all the logistics involved can be stressful but the staff at Montorio made it so much easier by adjusting to our schedule to quick responses to our phone calls and by helping us make last minute changes. The finished product looks great and they were very attentive to details that needed to be corrected.
