This builder, Montorio home's is the biggest scam builder, they are a disgrace, I emplor anyone, do not buy from this builder!!!! They had taken over $580,000 from us. My wife and I are footing the bill for massive damage ( electricity, hot water tank issues, and many more, the list goes on) We had tried to talk to Karen Turchin over the phone about the issues of electricity, electrical problems, flooding issues, rough grade issues etc, she hung up on my wife and I on numerous occasions.
