DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY REGARDLESS OF THE MEDICARE REFUND. One hour wait because doctor could not walk around the corner to check for patients or call out for patients. When finally seen for wasp stings and arm being swollen to twice its size, doctor didn’t even look at the arm or sting site and was told to take nurofen. Still charged a full consultation fee for two minute five word exchange. Took one hour of unpaid leave from work, so over $100 lost in that whole exchange.
Absolutely pathetic. One of the worst family practices I have ever attended. They are unprofessional and not organized. This medical centre have no concern about you as a patient whatsoever. As for the receptionists they are rude, ignorant and have no idea how to do their job. It's a complete waste of time dealing with their level of stupidity.
