They don't deserve to rate them even 1 star .............This has been the worst rental experience I have ever had. I lived in this building for five years, and when I first moved in, the property was well managed and I had very few complaints. Unfortunately, everything changed after Ben became the property manager. Since the management changed, the quality of the property has gone downhill. I lived in their apartment at 2835 Mayfield for a few years and never really had any problems. The few maintenance issues I had were addressed in a reasonable amount of time.
So far my experience with this company has been poor, and I’m disappointed to be stuck in a contract with them for the next year and I have not even moved in yet. Working with Traci.
