They could honour their commitments I attended a Social Security /Tax seminar with this group over a year ago at this time they offered to do my taxes for 2 years at a price of $69.95 a year. They honoured this the first year and when I went to have them do them this year the Price had jumped to $275.00 FOR THIS YEAR I grew up with the value that a man's word was his bond there is no HONOUR with this company I would not recommend them they practice bate and switch in my eyes
ZERO stars! They did my taxes and made an error and FAILED to take responsibility for the mistake. Then they were rude to me and wanted to charge me to fix the mistake they made. UNBELIEVABLE....Go elsewhere! These people are a CON and don't care about their clients...
