I am originally from Massachusetts and was planning a 40th birthday bash for my daughter. In doing a google search for a catering company Montilio's came up. After doing further research, I confirmed it was the same Montilio's from back home and they had partnered with Zildjian Catering to offer a wood fired pizza oven on-the-go food truck catering. We have been hosting a summer family reunion for years This year we decided to have the Montilios on the go pizza wagon for the event. One of the better decisions we’ve made. From setup thru cleanup it was exceptional. We started with cut fruit, roasted vegetable and charcuterie platters, proceeded thru several hours of pizza service, and then those delectable pastries. Chef Marquis was a charming presence, so eager to handle all requests. What guest doesn’t like going home with a pizza and pastries. Thanks Montilios.
