Just placed an order and the staff person was so nice, polite, friendly. She was excellent.
Montilio's totally outdid themselves for our latest event, a 300 person 100th birthday celebration. The cakes were, without exaggeration, the most delicious my family has ever eaten. The white cake with strawberry preserves is still the main topic in conversations with guests 10 days later! The chocolate tuxedo cake to die for too!!! I can't say enough about Montilio's and wholeheartedly recommend them above any other bakery in the area!
Bought a vanilla cup with chocolate frosting there last night and a chocolate mouse cake. Got to the car to try the cupcake, it was frozen. Waited for it to thaw out and it tasted like freezer burn. Tried the mouse cake, tasted like freezer burn. Called the store this morning and spoke to the manager Mirela. She told me I was a liar that the cupcake was not frozen and that neither tasted like freezer burn. No apology for the inconvenience, no how can we make it right, nothing. Placed an order took 55 mins and not completely cook when they gave it to us..Employee was super high and very rude. Asked to be reimbursed prior to getting food and was told no that takes to long.
