I have just had my last batch of rock hard and dry as ash croissant from them. It’s a shame because they look beautiful, but this is not the first time I have encountered this. My luck with Italian cookies and biscotti has been better, so I can’t completely pan them, but a bakery that can’t cook pastry with any consistency is not worth going to.
