This guy Jaime is a scam artist. Be very wary of doing business with him. From my experience dealing with him he didn’t pay sub contractors and left all the bills to me. I paid more than my contract with Mointierre Development and he ran off with the money. The Subs are owed money. Jaime never responds. He needs to be taken to court soon.
