Great service at Monticello Tires, reasonable prices and GREAT customer service. Lucy Smith
Left us stranded in Monticello knowing we were 2 hours from home because the younger guy unplugged wires and did not plug them back and tried getting money out of us when we just needed new spark plugs. A mechanic I know came all the way from BYRAM to fix their screw up and we DROVE home after he reconnected wires and cleaned up the plugs that were already there. We are NOT happy at all. This is full blown NEGLIGENCE WITH INTENT. Do not trust!
