The reason for three stars is because of the beginning process. Should have better signage so customers understand what to do as staff isn’t super helpful. The beginning process is pretty confusing if you’ve never been here before. Language barrier between most of the staff and customers if you’re not bilingual. Other than those issues, I have no complaints. I checked my oil prior to leaving and the level was good, filter was changed, car wash and interior detail is what you’d expect for what you pay for. APRIL 10TH 2026.... OWNER is a White Elder Male. I AM a black Hispanic male.. Brand new Toyota color red 3 weeks old only 5k miles. FIRST car wash on first nice day. Car came out with fine scratches ALL over the car Roof of car to Bottom fine scratch lines in the paint. OWNER immediately upon complaint DENIES ANYTHING with out looking at car.
