I recently got an oil change, now my car is acting funny. I don’t have an oil leak and this morning I went to start my car and it’s dry. My engine is giving a dry knocking sound so I’m sure they either didn’t change oil filter and only put 3 quart of oil instead of 5 and possibly reused old oil.. this is no bueno

I come here for an oil change. I have come here several times before, but this time when I got back into my car I realize my change was missing from my door pocket. Although I am not concerned about the money, I am very disappointed in the business. I trusted them with my car and they take my spare change. It is simply not cool. I called the business and the lady says that they would never do that and that maybe they vacuumed it on accident. I explained that my door pocket is nowhere near the ground for it to be vacuumed on ... read more
